Niðurstöður atkvæðagreiðslu um nýjan kjarasamning Leiðsagnar við Samtök atvinnulífsins og Samtök ferðaþjónustunnar liggja nú fyrir.

Á kjörskrá voru 327 félagar í Leiðsögn og voru 65 sem tóku þátt í atkvæðagreiðslunni og var kosningaþátttaka því 19,88%. Já sögðu 45 eða 69,23%, nei sögðu 19 eða 29,23% og 1 tók ekki afstöðu eða 1,54%.

Atkvæðagreiðslan var rafræn á félagavef Leiðsagnar og stóð frá þriðjudeginum 9. júlí 2024 til þriðjudagsins 16. júlí 2024.

Collective agreement between Leiðsögn and SA/SAF approved

The results of the vote on the new collective agreement between Leiðsögn, the Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise (SA), and the Icelandic Travel Industry Association (SAF) are now available.

327 members of Leiðsögn were on the electoral register, with 65 participating in the vote, resulting in a turnout of 19.88%. 45 members voted yes or 69.23%, 19 voted no or 29.23%, and 1 person abstained or 1.54%.

The vote was conducted electronically on Leiðsögn's member website from Tuesday, July 9, 2024, to Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
