Aðalfundur Leiðsagnar 4. apríl n.k.

Eftir afsögn fráfarandi formanns þann 28. janúar s.l. taldi stjórn Leiðsagnar mjög mikilvægt að aðalfundur skyldi haldinn
eins og fljótt og lög leyfa vegna formanskjörs og tók stjórn þá ákvörðun að aðalfundur skyldi haldinn 4. apríl n.k. Við þessa ákvörðun féll fyrirhugaður auka-aðalfundur, sem boðaður hafði verið 30. janúar niður.

Á dagskrá aðalfundar verða venjuleg aðalfundarstörf og niðurstöður kosninga í embætti stjórnar kynntar. Nánari dagskrá verður auglýst fljótlega.

After the resignation of the outgoing chairman on January 28 of Leiðsögn, the board considers it very important that the general meeting should be held as soon as the laws allow due to the election of the chairman. Therefore the board took the decision that the general meeting will be held on April 4, the planned extra-general meeting, which had been called for January 30, was cancelled.

On the agenda of the general meeting, the usual general meeting duties and the results of elections for board positions will be announced. A more detailed program will be announced soon.
